Black Bear Golf Club offers the best golf in a totally relaxed and soothing atmosphere. Carved through a mixture of hardwoods and pines, Black Bear features 23 crystal clear lakes which gives this course its unmistakable distinction. Renowned architect Tom Jackson designed the par 72 with four sets of tees for every level of play. After a memorable round, we invite you to relax in the plantation-style clubhouse where you'll find that charm, elegance and sourthern hospitality are always par for the course.
Renowned architect Tom Jackson designed this beautiful par 72 course. Black Bear offers four sets of tees for golfers of all skill levels. Black Bear Golf Club is now under new ownership and now has a new look. During the month of December 2000 the clubhouse underwent a major renovation. During this time new golf carts and new John Deere maintenance equipment was purchased. After a memorable round of golf you can relax in our newly remodeled clubhouse complete with a stocked Pro Shop and food and beverage facility. 18-hole championship course (Tom Jackson design) Practice facility includes a driving range, putting green, and chipping green with practice bunker.
