Welcome new management!

Hello Homeowners,

Since the time that you came aboard our rental program, we promised that we would dedicate ourselves to making sure that your investment worked for you. We want to live up to that promise. There have been several changes in the administrative staff and we hope that our service to you is beyond expectations. Our goals to increase revenue while maintaining the image of a family-friendly resort. Please welcome Mike Deaton and Tanya Chadwell the lead administration for you, our homeowners.

Mike Deaton – General Manager

Hi everyone, my name is Mike Deaton and I'm happy to introduce myself as your new General Manager for Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort. Being in the business of hotel management for 12 years with the last four years operating in Myrtle Beach, I'm proud to have a background that speaks to my ability to improve relationships between guests and homeowners. 

We are changing our staffing around to make the communication with the homeownerws better as we move forward. In this process, we've created a position of Homeowner Representative who will be dedicated to working with the homeowners. She will be the person to make your reservations, handle your questions and issues, inspect your rooms before your arrival, work with you on upgrading your unit, etc. You may already know her as she's played an integral part of the Tilghman team but she is now the face of homeowner relations. Please welcome Tanya Cadwell as your new head of Homeowner Relations.

Again, I'm glad to have the opportunity to serve all of you and hope that you welcome me in the opportunity to improve the Tilghman experience. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns as I'm here to work for and with you.

Tanya Chadwell – Homeowner Relations

Hello, I hope all of you are doing well!  My name is Tanya Chadwell and I will serve as the lead representative in Homeowner Relations. As Mike shared, we've had several changes in management occur over this past week and we would like to make you aware of the revisions. Formerly head of housekeeping, I've worked closely with many of you along with management to make sure your unit was beyond satisfaction. Now as the homeowner representative, I am your ally to making sure your concerns regarding your unit are heard and voiced to management and HOA. For all questions, concerns, and homeowner matters please contact me at Homeowners@tilghmanresort.com. We are currently working on a phone extension and l will let you know that extension at a later date. Again, I'm here to help you in all your homeowner needs, however, with any new transition it may take time to be able to answer all your questions and we hope that you will be patient as this is a new learning experience for everyone.

Sasha Vann – Director of Marketing

Please welcome Sasha Vann as the new Director of Marketing. Sasha has been with Tilghman for the last four years working as a freelance Content Administrator and is responsible for much of what you see on the web and in social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. She will now be handling the needs of the marketing department in making sure that your units, and the resort as a whole, are being advertised and displayed in a manner that upholds the Tilghman image.

Lace Alvarado & Brandi Stubbs – Front Office Manager & Evening Supervisor

Please welcome newcomer Lace Alvarado as the new Front Office Manager and Brandi Stubbs as the recently appointed Evening Supervisor. These ladies are here to make sure that the front desk and receptionists fully serve you and your guests. Feel free to contact them if you have any questions regarding reservations and various rentals inquires.

Again, thank you all once again for remaining on our rental program and being dedicated to the Tilghman brand. Our desire to create revenue and offer the ultimate resort experience is at the front of our minds and we hope that our work shows that we stand by our word.
