Advance Deposits (Daily, Weekly and Monthly): One Half (½) the total stay is due at time of booking. The remainder of your stay is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If you are booking within 30 days of your arrival date one half (½) of your total stay is required by credit card. The remainder of your stay will be due upon arrival. Advanced deposits may be paid by approved credit card (Visa/ MC only), money order, or a personal check, as long as the check is received 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Credit cards used to pay advanced deposits are charged at the time the reservation is made and are subject to all other reservation requirements.

Resort fee: $7.00 per day will be added to nightly reservations, $49.00 for weekly (7 days or more) and monthly reservations. This is per reservation and is non-refundable.

Golf Packages: Require a $100.00 per person advance deposit at time of booking and is non-refundable. The remainder of the package price will need to be paid in full no less than 30 days prior to arrival. Golf tee time cancellations within 72 hours of tee time will not be refunded (large groups may require a more advance notice for cancellation and are subject to all golf course requirements).

Cancellation Policy (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly): A cancellation notice of at least Fourteen (14) days prior to arrival is required for a refund less 50% of your original advance deposit amount (25% of your total stay). Cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival will forfeit the original advance deposit (50% of your total stay).

Security Deposit: Guests will be responsible for damages to property and contents including missing items during the stay. Tilghman Beach Rental Group, LLC. reserves the right to require a security deposit. If a valid MasterCard or VISA is not presented the guest will be required to pay a $500.00 cash security deposit. If required please allow up to four (4) weeks for return of deposit. If guest pays by Visa or MasterCard please be aware that your card will be additionally authorized for 20% of your stay to validate card against any damages that may occur.

Age Requirements: The Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort caters to mature adults, families, and couples. Guests under the age of 25 will not be permitted to register.

Linens and Towel Services: Bed linens and in room towels as well as your departure cleaning are all included in the price of the room. Please be aware Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort does not offer daily housekeeping service. All linens and towels will be inventoried upon departure. A replacement fee will be assessed for any missing items.

Please note: We reserve the right to require a minimum number of nights stay on any type room at any time of the year. There will be no refunds for guests leaving before their scheduled departure date.

Discounts:

Discounts must be requested at the time of the original reservation and at check-in. Discounts not requested at check-in may not be applied. Only one discount per reservation, discounts do not apply to package, monthly, group, or any other special rates. Discounts may not apply to weekend stays of less than 3 nights or during holidays and special events.

Discounts and special rates may only be available on a limited number of each type room. Any discounts may become voided if the required number of nights is not met due to early check out.

Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort Customs and Courtesies:

Check Out: Before 11:00am

Check in and registration: Keys should be picked up at the front desk upon registration. The front desk is open from 7am till 12am daily for your convenience. An attendant will be available after hours. Please have vehicle license plate(s) information ready upon arrival.

Upon arrival: Please check your unit thoroughly upon arrival. Every effort is made to see that your unit is cleaned and undamaged before your arrival. If you find anything that requires attention please bring it to the front desks attention as soon as possible so that it may be resolved in a timely fashion and you will not be held responsible.

Parking: Parking is limited to two spaces per unit. Motorcycles or trailers are not permitted in the parking garage. Please see front desk for arrangements.

Housekeeping: All linens are furnished for your unit. Please be aware that we do not provide daily maid service. Please note: Towels provided in the unit are meant for in room use only and are not to be taken from the unit.

Maintenance Right to Entry: Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort and Tilghman Beach Rental Group, LLC reserves the right to enter units from time to time as necessary to perform general and emergency maintenance. Our front desk will make reasonable efforts to notify guests when the unit needs to be entered.

Smoking: Not permitted anywhere on the property including balconies and common area's. Smoking in any unit will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee.

Pets: Not allowed for guests.

Age Requirements: The Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort caters to mature adults, families, and couples. Guests under the age of 25 will not be permitted to register.

Balconies: Clothing, linens, towels, etc. shall not be hung from the balconies, windowsills, or draped across outdoor furniture. Clothing, towels, shoes, and other items cannot be stored or left in the hallways, stairways, or left outside the atrium entryways.

Birds: Feeding birds from your balcony or anywhere else on the property is strictly prohibited.

Owners Closets: Many owners have their personal items locked in a closet for their convenience. These areas are not included in any rental. Please do not attempt to open these locked closets - they are for HOMEOWNER USE ONLY. If you break into the closet, your guest account will be charged for any repairs as well as missing items.

Grills/Outdoor Cooking: Strictly prohibited anywhere on property.

Fireworks: The use and discharge of fireworks is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

Quiet Hours: Observed from 10pm till 8am.

Noise: Loud parties will not be tolerated. TV's, stereo's, or musical instruments should be used with discretion especially during observed quiet hours of 10pm to 8am. Excessive noise could result in immediate eviction and non-refund of stay.

Trash: All trash should be deposited in the trash chute at the end of each floor. Please limit to bag trash only. Special attention should be paid to be sure the bags do not leak on the carpets during transport.

Bicycles, Beach Chairs and Floats: Bicycles should be placed in the designated bike rack. Floats and beach chairs should be left in the designated area in the parking garage. These items should never be taken on elevators, stairs, in the rooms, or atrium area. Please do not remove or use equipment not belonging to you. Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort nor Tilghman Beach Rental Group, LLC are responsible for damage to or loss of these articles.

Fitness Center: Equipment will be used at the users own risk. The Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort nor Tilghman Beach Rental Group, LLC are responsible for any injuries that may be incurred. Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to use the fitness center without adult supervision.

Swimming Pool Area: Is equipped with lounge chairs, tables, chairs and umbrellas. These items are not to be removed from the pool area. Hours are 8am-12am. Pool rules are posted on site and must be adhered to.

Items not provided that you may want to bring: Hair dryer, laundry soap, beach and pool towels, ethernet cord (if your computer does not have wireless capabilities or you prefer a more secure connection).
