If you are a member of the TBGR rental program you are entitled to an owner referral bonus for rentals that you book yourself. We will reduce our commission by 10% for all reservations that are booked by an owner. You are also able to rent the unit out to friends of owners on your list for a cleaning fee of $100 per reservation and family guest not on the list for $150 cleaning fee per reservation. However, you are unable to rent the condo out for a flat rate and only pay the cleaning fee to the resort. We are the sole agent for the property and require a commission for the rentals of the units.
If you are a member of the Tilghman Rentals By Owner program then you are able to rent the condo yourself and we will only maintain and clean the condo for you and your guests.
