There are many circumstances that would cause for a reservation to be moved to another unit or canceled completely . We do not guarantee any reservations even though you may have a reservation placed in the condo for a long period of time. If a guest requests at the time of check in to be moved to a different unit we will accommodate the guest request and the rental income will go to the owner of the condo the guest will be staying in. Cancellations may also occur within short notice of the reservation date. When a guest cancels the reservation, the condo unit will be automatically placed back into the rotation-by-revenue program so that it will be available for new rentals.
