We have been coming to North Myrtle Beach since 2006. We have stayed in a variety of condo resorts, but the past three years we have stayed at The Tilghman. First of all, the resort is maintained better than any other resort in the area. Everyday a staff member is keeping the resort clean including the elevators. The resort has plenty of amenities for families with kids or couples without kids. The pool area is large and they even have movie and video game rentals. My girls really LOVED the movie at the pool on a huge blown up screen. The beach access is perfect because the walkway is a newly renovated with restrooms and a beautiful brick path. The parking at The Tilgjman is great, nice and large for big SUV’s or large pickup trucks. They always have luggage carts, which has been a problem at other resorts. While inside the condo, it’s very quiet and peaceful. I have never heard street noise or other guests. The kitchens are well equipped if you want to cook in your room and it’s perfectly located to all the places to go out in North Myrtle. The area that The Tilghman is located in is very nice and I always feel safe. We love to rent a three bedroom on the golf course side overlooking 2 ponds. It’s so peaceful to have coffee on the balcony in the morning! The only bad thing about the resort, it’s always sad to leave at the end if our trip. We start counting down the days until we visit again next summer!!!!!
