When the holidays come around, your chance to make a break for the beach is what you need for the ultimate getaway to North Myrtle Beach, SC. Easter Weekend (April 3rd- 5th) – This is a special time of year for many people and we hope that you make the most of this time while you’re at the beach! Not only are there a number of places to commemorate the holiday, you will find that the days leading up to Easter, starting with Good Friday, have something to offer. Broadway at the Beach is the place to be as both children and adults will be able to enjoy the weekend with shopping, dining and entertainment. Children get to get a glimpse into an era of Myrtle Beach greatness with the Pavilion Nostalgia Park located within Celebrity Circle. Take a spin on many of the classic rides and introduce the kiddies to the best days of the beach. Later, enjoy the taste of the nightlife as there are a number of clubs, bars and dance venues in which you can enjoy yourself in a safe environment with plenty of cab services ready and waiting to escort you back to the resort.
Saturday, April 4th take a stroll along the boulevard and head to McLean Park just off of Main Street for the annual Easter Egg Hunt! Ms. Blossom, the Easter Bunny will be there to hand out candy to all the children. This event begins at 10:00AM sharp with other activities taking place until noon.
Easter Sunday April 5th – If you are away from your home church/temple/mosque and would like a place to worship, there are plenty of places that would welcome you in both North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. You can make your way to both a number of sunrise and afternoon services during your stay.
As always, the dining here is phenomenal and so is the shopping. Visit the new Coastal North Towne Center for that much needed retail therapy and get your food fix at the dining spots within the plaza!
