What is the Resort Fee?

The resort fee includes:
• Pool access
• Fitness center access
• Business center/computer access
• Property-wide high speed Internet access
• Unlimited local and toll free calls
• In-room safe
• Additional items may be included

If I arrive late at night or early morning will there be someone there to check me in?

Our regular hours of operation are from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. However, if you anticipate arriving late at night or early in the morning, please don’t worry. We do provide an after-hours emergency contact number that you can use to reach us in case of emergencies or late check-ins. Your comfort and convenience are important to us, and we’ll ensure you have the necessary information to make your stay as smooth as possible, regardless of your arrival time.

Do the rooms have Murphy Beds or Pull Out Sofas?

Our rooms do not have Murphy Beds or Pull Out Sofas.

How many pools do you have?

We offer the following water amenities which are all open year round:

Children’s Splash Zone
Heated Indoor Pool
Heated Indoor Jacuzzi

How close is the nearest Supermarket?

There is an IGA Boulineau’s Foods Plus located less than 1/2 mile from our Resort on Sea Mountain Highway.
The nearest Wal Mart is located 2 miles away on 8th Ave North.
There is a Food Lion located 2 miles away on 11th Ave North.
The nearest Publix is located 2.5 miles away on Hwy 17 North.

Are linens and towels provided or do we need to bring them?

All linens and towels are furnished for your room.

Please be aware that we do not provide daily maid service.

At this time we do not provide beach towels, please be sure to pack your own.

Do you offer Housekeeping Service?

Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort does not provide daily or weekly Housekeeping Services.

Do you offer Room Service?

Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort does not offer Room Service at this time.

Do you have a meeting space?

Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort does not have any meeting space or meeting rooms on site.

Is there a place to grill?

Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort has a charcoal grill for guest use. It is located behind the Resort near the lake.

Is there a Spa on site?

Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort does not have a Spa on site.
We recommend Touch MedSpa located 2.5 miles from our Resort.

Do you rent or provide chairs and/or umbrellas for the beach?

The City of North Myrtle Beach Services provides umbrella and chair rentals primarily from late April to mid October during the hours of 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
For more information, or to reserve an umbrella and chair contact Beach Services at (843) 280-5684.
You can also rent them from the lifeguard on the beach.

What is the height restriction on the Parking deck?

The height limit on the parking deck at Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort is 6 feet 8 inches.

What is your cancellation policy?

A cancellation fee of 25% of the total stay will be charged for all cancellation requests received at least 14 day prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies. There is not a refund for early departure and no shows constitute forfeiture of entire stay amount.

How far are you from the Airport? Do you offer a shuttle?

Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort is located about 25 miles north of Myrtle Beach International Airport.
Unfortunately we do not offer a shuttle to or from the Airport.
Please contact our Front Desk if you would like an airport transportation recommendation.

Are you pet friendly?

Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort does not allow pets for Resort Guests.  Condominium Homeowners are allowed to have pets which must be pre-registered with our HOA.

How many parking passes can I get?

Parking is limited to two (2) cars for two bedroom condos and three (3) cars for three bedroom condos. If you have any special parking needs, please contact Front Desk. Parking passes must be displayed in front windshield at all times.

Do you have a Business Center?

Yes, Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort has a business center containing both a computer and printer located in the main lobby.  It is available for guest use 24 hours a day.

How far are you from the ocean?

Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort is located directly across the street from the ocean.  There is a public crosswalk with caution lights in front of the Resort to aid you in getting to and from the beach.

Is smoking allowed?

Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort provides a completely smoke-free and tobacco-free experience for our guests.

All smoking, electronic cigarettes, vapes, and smokeless tobacco use of any kind is prohibited in all rooms, balconies, and all common areas of the resort including pool decks, hallways, parking decks and entryways.

Guests who have been found smoking in their room or on their balcony will be charged a $250 cleaning fee after they have checked out.

Do you offer cribs, playpens or cots?

Items such as, port-a-cribs, full-size cribs, etc. are available from various equipment rental companies.  Roll away beds are not allowed.  You must contact the rental company yourself and arrange the delivery and payment.

Please note: This service is not a part of Tilghman Beach Rentals LLC., and we will not be responsible for item condition or breakdown.

If I rent a golf cart or scooter can I park it on property?

TIlghman Beach and Golf Resort does NOT allow campers, trailers, boats, golf carts, scooters, hover boards, skate boards and motorcycles on property.
