The safety and well-being of our guests is our top priority. In the event that a mandatory evacuation is ordered by the Governor due to a hurricane or storm, all reservations affected by the evacuation will be fully refunded.

If there is no mandatory evacuation in place, standard cancellation policies will apply, and refunds will not be issued for cancellations.

We strongly encourage guests to consider purchasing travel insurance when booking during hurricane season, as it can offer additional protection and peace of mind.

Parking is limited to two cars for all condos. If you have any special parking needs, please contact the Front Desk. Parking passes must be displayed in front of the windshield at all times.

Yes, overflow lot for guests can be found at: 601 Sea Mountain Hwy and 613 Sea Mountain Hwy.

Directions: Turn left onto SC-9 N (Sea Mountain Hwy) and continue straight or 0.2 miles. Stay on SC-9 N (Sea Mountain Hwy.) Your destination will be on the left after another 0.2 miles.

Our regular hours of operation are from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. However, if you anticipate arriving late at night or early in the morning, please don’t worry. We do provide an after-hours emergency contact number that you can use to reach us in case of emergencies or late check-ins. Your comfort and convenience are important to us, and we’ll ensure you have the necessary information to make your stay as smooth as possible, regardless of your arrival time.

All linens and towels are furnished for your room. Please be aware that we do not provide daily maid service. At this time we do not provide beach towels, please be sure to pack your own.

Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort does NOT allow pets for Resort Guests.

Our rooms do not have Murphy Beds or Pull Out Sofas.

Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort does not offer Room Service at this time.

You can rent a vacation rental gear package from Cherry Grove Beach Services.

You can also rent them from the lifeguard on the beach.

Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort does not provide daily or weekly Housekeeping Services.

Items such as, port-a-cribs, full-size cribs, etc. are available from various equipment rental companies. Roll away beds are not allowed.  You must contact the rental company yourself and arrange the delivery and payment.

Please note: This service is not a part of Tilghman Beach Rentals LLC., and we will not be responsible for item condition or breakdown.

Yes, Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort has a business center containing both a computer and printer located in the main lobby.  It is available for guest use 24 hours a day.

Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort does not have any meeting space or meeting rooms on site.

There is an IGA Boulineau’s Foods Plus located less than 1/2 mile from our Resort on Sea Mountain Highway.
The nearest Wal Mart is located 2 miles away on 8th Ave North.
There is a Food Lion located 2 miles away on 11th Ave North.
The nearest Publix is located 2.5 miles away on Hwy 17 North.

Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort is located about 25 miles north of Myrtle Beach International Airport. Unfortunately we do not offer a shuttle to or from the Airport.

Please contact our Front Desk if you would like an airport transportation recommendation.

The height limit on the parking deck at Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort is 6 feet 8 inches.

A cancellation fee of 25% of the total stay will be charged for all cancellation requests received at least 14 day prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies. There is not a refund for early departure and no shows constitute forfeiture of entire stay amount.

Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort does NOT allow campers, trailers, boats, golf carts, scooters, hover boards, skate boards on property.

Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort has a charcoal grill for guest use. It is located behind the Resort near the lake.

Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort is located directly across the street from the ocean.  There is a public crosswalk with caution lights in front of the Resort to aid you in getting to and from the beach.

Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort provides a completely smoke-free and tobacco-free experience for our guests.

All smoking, electronic cigarettes, vapes, and smokeless tobacco use of any kind is prohibited in all rooms, balconies, and all common areas of the resort including pool decks, hallways, parking decks and entryways.

Guests who have been found smoking in their room or on their balcony will be charged a $250 cleaning fee after they have checked out.
