Homeowner Update: Semi-Annual Bed Bug Detection Process

It is time for our Semi-Annual bed bug detection process. I f you are not familiar with this process, we have a K-9 unit that will inspect all of the units on our rental program to detect the presence of bed bugs. With the epidemic of these pests on the rise, we are being proactive in our defense against having an infestation. This cost will be $14 per unit and billed to the homeowner accounts.
