Welcome to the Tilghman Beach & Golf Resort Owner Portal resource hub. This page is designed to help our owners easily navigate the portal, access important documents, and maximize the features available to them. Below, you will find helpful video tutorials and step-by-step guides to assist with common tasks.
Getting Started with the Owner Portal
You will receive an email from TrackHS prompting you to set a password for your account. If the email has expired, please contact marketing@tilghmanresort.com to request a new one.

Financial & Tax Documents
To access your monthly statements, navigate to the “Statements” tab in the top menu of your Owner’s Portal. Statements are organized by month and can be downloaded by clicking the PDF button on the right of the corresponding row.
Reservation Management
View upcoming bookings in the reservation tab.
Navigate to the reservations tab and click on “New Reservation” in the top right corner. In the drop down menu, select “Owner” for type of stay if you will be staying in the unit.
