At this time, we have our resident painter Peter Harris available to handle the painting. He has done a wonderful job in all of our developer units as well as the majority of our homeowners’ units here around the resort. We have created a “Tilghman” color scheme that goes right along with the carpet choice and our bedding packages.
We also have a package price that includes:
- Painting the entire unit with the “Tilghman” color palette
- Painting of all the trim, ceiling, and doors at a great discount just for our homeowners here at Tilghman.
